How To Whiten Your Teeth Like A Professional From Home

ByBernice Eker

Home remedies are nothing new. Since the internet has expanded and blossomed more and more people share their home remedies. Giving you a reservoir of information for just about anything medically related, including teeth whitening! So stop paying top dollar to get your teeth whitened and do it from home!

You can begin by using some baking soda. Now I know what you must be thinking, baking soda? I would reply with "yes!" You see baking soda is probably one of the fastest, safest way to start whitening your teeth today and it doesn't cost much to do it. All you have to do is use a little water on your brush and then add the baking soda. Do not add the toothpaste. You may use it once you have brushed for at least 2 minutes with the baking soda.

Now some people like to rinse before they brush their teeth. If you do I recommend hydrogen peroxide and I recommend you only use a little at a time. This stuff is dangerous so remember to not swallow it and only use a small amount to do a quick rinse. However, if you do not trust yourself to not swallow, then do not use it! Kidding, I wouldn't tell you to use it and then not use it. What you want to do is get a q-tip and dip it in the peroxide and gently go over your teeth with it. Hydrogen peroxide is a natural way to get your teeth whiter very, very quickly.

Now this isn't an at home remedy but I do recommend it highly. Crest white strips work. I wouldn't be writing about them if they didn't. They cost about 20$ but they really, really do a great job of whitening your teeth and keeping them white. I recommend them highly!

This isn't thought of too much but what type of brush are you using? Are you using a normal, standard tooth brush? If so you might want to get a better one, an electric one! Such as the sonicare toothbrush. Using a electric, industrialized toothbrush is like brushing your teeth normally multiplied by three (3)! They really work and they are really good at what they need to do.

Keeping your teeth white is a job. You can't just stop one day and let things slide. You need to always brush your teeth and avoid teeth-staining foods. If you can do that, you'll have whiter and shinier teeth, promise.
