Why not try these awesome workouts for your eye muscles:
Close your eyes while sitting upright. Proceed to lift your eyebrows and hold this position for two seconds, then relax. Next, open wide your eyes and hold for two seconds before relaxing. To prevent under eye sagging, do this everyday.
Opening your mouth slightly, flare and wrinkle your nose, stretching your upper lip to its limit. Hold it for ten seconds then repeat it. Place your index fingers just below your eyes and apply pressure on both sides of the cheeks. Curl up your upper lip while opening your mouth slightly. Retain this position for ten seconds. Relax then repeat the procedure to firm up your sagging eye muscles.
Sit upright facing your front and roll your eye balls clockwise and anti-clockwise alternately. Then relax your face. Repeat three times before looking down. This works great for crow's feet and sagging eyes.
Place your index and middle fingers together on the outer edges of both eyes and blink five times, while resisting the opposing movement of eye muscles. Do this twice a day to tone your sagging eyelids.
To firm your eyebrows and upper eyelids, you must sit straight and face your front. Then open your eyes wide without wrinkling your brows. Focus on a point for ten seconds then relax. Repeat this exercise five times.
Place your index and middle fingers on the inner and outer edges of both eyes respectively and apply gentle pressure. Next, while rolling your eye balls upwards, squint your lower lids. Repeat ten times and bid your puffy lower eyelids goodbye.
