Just fifteen to twenty minutes of eye exercises a day--can keep all your crow's feet and eye bags at bay!

Remember, your face is a myriad of muscles, where every muscle can be worked out at will...to help us look younger. To firm your eyebrows and upper eyelids, you must sit straight and face your front. Then open your eyes wide without wrinkling your brows. Focus on a point for ten seconds then relax. Repeat this exercise five times.
Place your index and middle fingers on the inner and outer edges of both eyes respectively and apply gentle pressure. Next, while rolling your eye balls upwards, squint your lower lids. Repeat ten times and bid your puffy lower eyelids goodbye.
